The superintendency is not a promotion — it is a responsibility.

My preparation for this role has been shaped through decades of campus leadership, district service, and intentional development in governance, instruction, finance, talent, and community engagement. I view the superintendent role as the steward of trust, the architect of systems, and the advocate for every child.
